Chicago Nupur Dance Academy is founded by Guru Mahaswata Ganguly with the blessings from her Gurus, the legendary Kathak maestro NrityaShiromoni Guru Bandana Sen and Kathak maestro Nrityavilash Guru Suchandra Banerjee.
The academy teaches Kathak (Lucknow Gharana), Semiclassical, Rabindra Nritya, Creative Dance, and Folk dances both in-state and out-of-state, children as well as adults.
Starting from beginner to advanced, we give importance of each individual age, ability and background. In general, our course curriculum is formulated to meet the unique demand for each learner.
